Responsible and accountable for store profit and loss results, cost containment and ongoing analyses. Monitors restaurant revenue, food, inventory, and labor costs. Evaluates marketplace trends and implements strategies to improve sales. Ensures superior guest service and product quality. Maintains relationships with property management and meets lease requirements. Directly supervises General Managers or Managing Partners. Ensures compliance with company policies and guidelines.
