Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager specializing in High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing sophisticated insurance portfolios, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of affluent clients. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of personal insurance products, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to client service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, providing expert guidance across various insurance lines while contributing to the growth and reputation of our firm. Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring personalized service and comprehensive coverage solutions. Conduct detailed client needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance products across property, casualty, health, life, and benefits administration. Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Negotiate policy terms with underwriters and carriers to secure optimal coverage options at competitive rates. Assist clients with claims management, policy reviews, renewals, and updates to ensure continuous coverage aligned with evolving needs. Maintain accurate records within CRM systems, sales administration tools, and other relevant platforms. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products relevant to HNW and UHNW clients. Collaborate with internal teams on cross-selling opportunities and strategic account planning. Provide expert guidance on insurance regulation compliance and risk management strategies. Support business development efforts through outside sales activities and outreach initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of dedicated High Net Worth personal lines experience (required) Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing — NY required Hands-on experience with leading HNW carriers including Berkley One, Chubb, Cincinnati, AIG/PCS, PURE, and Vault Familiarity with wholesale brokers and E&S placement for hard-to-place risks Proficiency with AMS360 agency management system is a strong asset Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills with a polished, professional approach Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and adapting to new tools including AI-assisted technologies Genuine commitment to client service excellence and continuous professional development Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $95,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience) Quarterly and annual agency growth bonuses Company-paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with full company match Company-paid AAA membership Optional in-house gym membership Paid holidays and vacation time Qualified applicants can apply to Melissa Co l ley at melissacolley@dgacareers.com .
