Hi my name is Eldon Stoltzfus owner and founder of Renew Turf Science LLC and we need your help. We have 1000 + clients that we provide fertilization, weed, and pest control services for. This position is based out of Lancaster PA. We train you not just to be an applicator but a highly competent turf manager. Our business model is such that once you become competent as a turf manager (typically within a year), you will be awarded a geographical area to manage almost like owning your own company. You will come into contact with hundreds of clients and represent our company to each one. We will train you and equip you with the industry's greatest equipment and teach you the ropes of how our programs and processes work. You will be recognized and rewarded for how well you can develop and maintain long term relationships with our clients and how much value you provide to this company.

Compensation:

• 50 to 75k depending on how effective you are

Your Role:

As a Turf Manager, imagine yourself operating the latest state of the art ride on equipment on a clear, sunny day, riding across acres of lush, beautiful lawns and working with clients that you yourself will develop long term relationships with. You'll be at the forefront of turf management, applying multiple fertilizer and pest control solutions to both residential and commercial lawns.
