Responsibilities Lead multiple restaurant locations by setting clear goals, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring operational excellence across all sites. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve profit margins, and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage profit & loss statements by analyzing financial data in Excel and other tools to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Oversee team management including hiring, training, coaching, and developing managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture. Implement project management initiatives to streamline operations, introduce new processes, and support business development efforts. Utilize data-driven decision-making techniques to analyze operational trends, customer feedback, and sales data for continuous improvement. Collaborate with executive-level teams on strategic planning initiatives while maintaining effective managerial communication at all levels. Requirements Proven management experience in a fast casual or similar restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities. Strong understanding of profit & loss analysis, financial management, and operational metrics. Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting and decision-making purposes. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead process improvements and operational initiatives. Excellent team management skills with a focus on leadership development and team building. Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, including executive teams; experience in managerial communication is essential. Knowledge of lean management principles and operational best practices to optimize efficiency. Passion for customer service excellence with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences.
