EPG is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support our firm. This is a salaried position with benefits and requires working in the office five days per week. The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing, retention, and support of a portfolio of Employee Benefits insurance clients while working with the agency owner. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, client service, detailed administrative work, and working as part of a small independent agency. The Account Manager will help maintain accurate client and employee information, process benefit changes, assist with renewals and enrollment materials, and communicate with clients by phone and email. There is no client travel required for this position, and you will work with the agency owner. Responsibilities Process employee benefit changes, including employee additions, terminations, and updates. Maintain accurate employee and client information within agency systems. Assist with preparing, sending, and processing client renewals. Assist with enrollment-related documentation and administrative tasks. Send enrollment forms, Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) documents, and other benefit materials to clients as needed. Add and update client information in AMS360 . Attach, scan, organize, and maintain client documents within the agency management system. Set up new clients and transfer client and employee data into AMS360. Review records for accuracy and make necessary updates or corrections. Communicate professionally with clients by phone and email. Respond to routine client questions and assist with benefit-related service requests. Support the agent with ongoing account servicing and administrative needs. Maintain organized and accurate electronic client files. Handle confidential client and employee information with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications Active Life & Health Insurance license Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with data, documents, and multiple client accounts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating directly with clients by phone and email. Ability to prioritize tasks and follow established processes and procedures. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications. AMS360 experience is a plus. Previous employee benefits account management experience. Ability to learn employee benefits terminology, processes, and agency systems. Dependable and comfortable working in a full-time, in-office environment.
Pay:
$38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
