Job Description
Implementation Specialist Bobyard San Francisco, CA Job Details Full-time $85,000 - $110,000 a year 7 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Experience with SaaS (as product category for technical sales engineers) SaaS Full Job Description About Bobyard Bobyard uses AI to take contractors from a set of plans to a bid in minutes instead of weeks. We're Series A backed by 8VC, Primary, and Pear ($35M — 2x the median raise), and our customers are running real construction jobs on Bobyard right now, not sitting through a demo. About the Role Implementation Specialist runs the day-to-day work of getting new mid-market customers live and trained on Bobyard. We're building this role because launch quality can't scale on ad hoc effort — someone needs to own kickoff calls, configuration, and training as a repeatable motion, at volume. You'll win when a customer's team is actually using Bobyard on real jobs, not just logged in, and when you can run that outcome across a full book of accounts every month, not just one at a time. What You'll Do Run kickoff calls and configure new mid-market accounts so they're ready to go within days of signature, not weeks Deliver hands-on training that gets real crews — estimators, PMs, field staff — actually using Bobyard, not just clicking through a demo Own a high-volume book of concurrent launches and keep every one of them moving without dropping details Run repeatable training sessions and office hours, refining the curriculum as you see what actually lands with users Catch stragglers early — flag accounts that are stalling before they quietly go dark Document account context well enough that Customer Success can pick it up cold with zero re-explaining Feed real, specific product and training feedback back to Product and Customer Success What We're Looking For 2+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role — onboarding, implementation, training, or customer success Comfortable running live training for non-technical or field-based users, not just technical buyers Can juggle a high-volume portfolio of accounts at once without losing the thread on any of them Clear, concrete written communication — your notes are why the next person never has to ask what happened Hands-on with software yourself — you configure things, you don't wait on someone else to do it Genuinely energized by construction, trades, or other real-world industries No SaaS background required if you've got the industry instead — if you've run estimates, managed jobs, or worked the trades and want to move into tech, you'll pick this up fast Nice to Have Experience in vertical SaaS or construction tech Familiarity with CRM or onboarding tooling (Salesforce, Asana, Notion) Prior experience in construction, estimating, or the trades Bilingual (Spanish or otherwise) — useful with field crews What We Offer $85,000-$110,000 base salary, plus equity. Based in San Francisco, on-site with the team at 101 2nd Street. Comp Philosophy We are proud to offer competitive, top-of-market compensation because we want to celebrate the dedicated people who ship amazing work and drive our success. Our individual compensation is thoughtfully tailored based on your role, experience, and contributions, alongside performance-based rewards.
