Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our landscaping crew, with a focus on flower bed maintenance and planting projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with plants, takes pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces, and is interested in growing into a leadership position over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance flower beds (weeding, edging, pruning, seasonal clean-ups) Assist with planting design and installation projects Monitor plant health and make recommendations for improvements Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality results for clients
