Full-Time | 32.5 Hours/Week | Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-2:00
PM Setting:
High School | Special Education Program A school district in Ledyard, CT is seeking a dedicated RBT / Behavior Specialist to provide behavioral and educational support to high school students. This full-time opportunity includes 1:1 support, group setting support, and collaboration with a special education team.
Position Details:
Full-time schedule 32.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-2:00 PM High school setting 1:1 student support Some group setting support Work within a special education program Provide behavioral and classroom support Collaborate with teachers and school staff Opportunity to extend beyond the initial assignment
Requirements:
RBT certification or relevant behavior support experience preferred Previous experience working with students preferred Special education or behavioral experience is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills Patient and dependable approach to student support Comfortable working in both individual and group settings Apply Today!
