This office crees enterprise-wide goals and objectives to review EXIM's programs and processes through both civil rights and EEO lenses. Also, OEEO works internally with EXIM leaders to cree and execute modificions, and to maintain compliance with EEO laws and regulions by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Duties include, but are not limited to: Functions as the chief technical advisor to the President and Chairman and as such, manages and directs the execution of a broad range of compliance responsibilities focused on the applicion of civil rights and equal opportunity laws, regulions and precedent decisions to elimine illegal discriminion and to remove barriers to equal opportunity to EXIM staff nionwide. Directs the design, execution, and evaluion of the agency's EEO Program, ensuring compliance with federal mandes and alignment with agency stregic priorities. Leads multi-office governance efforts, establishing standards, performance measures, and agency-wide guidance.
