Role Description This full-time Financial Representative - Entrepreneurial Opportunity role is an on-site position based in Atlanta, GA. The role involves meeting with clients to understand their goals, analyzing their current financial situation, and developing personalized financial plans. Daily tasks include educating clients on insurance and investment solutions, recommending strategies for retirement and wealth accumulation, and monitoring progress over time. Financial Representatives build and manage their own client base, conduct regular follow-up meetings, and stay informed on market trends and product offerings. This is a business-building opportunity that combines client advisory work with ongoing networking, prospecting, and professional development. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive, long-term strategies for clients. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance and core Finance concepts to evaluate risk and recommend appropriate coverage and financial solutions. Candidates should possess experience or demonstrated interest in Investments to guide clients on asset allocation and portfolio growth. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) is beneficial. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible terms. Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and comfort with business development, networking, and managing a growing client base. High ethical standards, commitment to client-centric service, and willingness to pursue relevant professional licenses and certifications as required.
