Responsibilities YMCA Child Care Services is seeking a part-time Childcare Site Inclusion Specialist who is energetic and compassionate. The Childcare Site Inclusion Specialist will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of children with additional needs, including emotional, behavioral, and physical.

Lead:
Lead fun, enriching activities for school-age children with special needs who are participating in Before Care/ After Care at Holland Elementary. Requirements Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne as well as: Minimum of 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation to and from work. Experience in the supervision of multiple children, including children with diverse abilities. Organized, detail-oriented, yet flexible. Comfortable communicating with parents and enjoy working with children. Positive, service-oriented attitude serving diverse groups of campers in regard to age, abilities, ethnicity, gender, race, economic status, religion, etc.
Salary:
Part-time $15.25-$15.75 hourly
Hours Available:
Monday- Friday 3:15pm-6:00pm for 2026-2027
