Job Description
The Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist will ensure that applicants and employees are given equal opportunities in employment and contracting activities regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic and including violence in the workplace and performs mediation services for a positive resolution where possible. Successful incumbents will demonstrate willingness to take on job challenges; demonstrate reliability, responsibility, and dependability and fulfill obligations; analyze information and use logic to address work or job issues and problems; be open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace. The position reports to the Human Resources Director. Work is directed and reviewed through the establishment of goals and subsequent evaluation of progress toward goal attainment.

Employee Council Workdays and Hours- Monday
- Friday 8:00am
- 5:00pm Anticipated starting salary: $66,342
- $94,184 (based on experience and qualifications)
