Weekly Pay Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM 1.

As an First Impressions Specialist , you'll support daily business operations through communication, organization, and administrative support. Your work will be essential in helping local businesses stay productive and efficient. At Manpower , we believe meaningful work builds stronger communities. As our next First Impressions Specialist , you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable administrative experience while building a long-term career path. 2. Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls and direct messages to the appropriate departments. Provide professional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. Maintain filing systems and organize office records. Assist with payroll-related administrative duties. Prepare, enter, and update information using Microsoft Word and Excel. Support daily office operations and general administrative tasks. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and office correspondence. Perform additional clerical and office duties as assigned. 3. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Previous office, administrative, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Ability to pass a background check and urine drug screen. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Nice-to-Have Experience with QuickBooks. Payroll processing experience. Data entry experience. Accounts payable or accounts receivable experience. Experience working in a busy office environment. 4.
