Full Time RN with TrachVent Experience in Home Care We're looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with TrachVent experience to provide high-quality, specialized patient care. Schedule:

6:00 AM

• 3:00 PM | Monday-Friday (with some weekends) With some Flexibility in terms of numbers of hours 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in hands-on TrachVent Care Training Practice proper airway management and ventilator support Apply infection control and patient safety protocols Monitor progress and actively engage in learning Maintain accurate documentation of skills and competencies Follow clinical guidance to ensure safe care delivery Communicate effectively with trainers and peers Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and clinical standards

TrachVent Care Responsibilities:

Provide skilled trach and ventilator care within RN scope of practice Follow and implement individualized care plans using clinical judgment Monitor patient condition and report changes to the Director of Nursing Maintain accurate, timely documentation Follow agency protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA compliance Educate patients and families on trach and ventilator care and safety Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

Active Ohio RN license (unencumbered) 1+ year clinical experience (home care/critical care preferred) Strong clinical and independent decision-making skills BLS/CPR certified + TB clearance Reliable transportationvalid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient mobility Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID-19, Flu, Hep B) BrightStar Care
