/ hour Posted on Aug 28, 2026 Apply now About This Opportunity We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced behavior specialists who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for behavior specialists with 5+ years writing and reviewing IEPs to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: IEP goal-writing, present-levels-of-performance narratives, 504 plans, accommodation and modification tables, behavior intervention plans, and progress-monitoring trackers.

Compensation:

$90/hour

Commitment:

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
