Advises managers on stutory responsibilities to provide reasonable accommodion to employees and applicants with disabilities. Researches disability reled inquiries and provides guidance/recommended accommodion solutions in accordance with the Rehabilition Act of 1973 (as amended) and other Federal/EEOC and DON regulions and procedures. Collabores with Regional HR leaders on disability reled mters and monitors and tracks requests within the CNIC NAF organizion for centralized reporting purposes. Prepares Management Directive 715 report. Analyzes workplace demographic da to identify trends and barriers within the

workforce. Recommends solutions to emule EEOC's Model EEO Program and to further affirmive employment initiives. A qualified candide possesses the following: Knowledge of EEO procedures, and general practical knowledge of personnel administrion to explain regulions and procedures; to respond to questions concerning policies, practices and operions of EEO complaints processing; and to research and compile informion pertaining to EEO complaints processing. Knowledge of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (as amended), the Age Discriminion in Employment Act of 1967, the Rehabilition Act of 1973 (as amended) and other laws, executive orders, directives and regulions applicable to DON EEO program(s) and skill in applying them in a wide variety of situions. Knowledge of HR regulions and policies and practical experience in applying those regulions and policies. Knowledge of EEOC organizion, mission, and EEO complaint processing procedures. Skill in fact-finding and analysis to obtain, organize, and report relevant informion and to make conclusions about its meaning. This includes skill in interviewing persons to obtain facts and opinions in stressful situions and skill in planning and conducting interviews to obtain informion and determine the relevance of informion necessary to answer specific questions or solve routine problems.
