You will train every morning, work in assigned territories, and build the skills needed to succeed in roofing and storm restoration.You will:
Train and prepare through regular coaching and sales development. Engage homeowners and start professional conversations about their needs. Identify opportunities related to roofing, storm restoration, and home improvement. Generate qualified appointments and opportunities for the closing team. Earnings and Career Path Affordable Home Solutions offers base pay plus performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission.First-Year Strong Performers:
Approximately $80,000- 120,000+
Experienced Top Performers:
Approximately $150,000- 200,000+ annually
