Apply today! Responsibilities Enters various employee data into spreadsheets and databases in an accurate and error-free manner. File documents into various locations i.e. employee files, DOT/FAA files, accounting files, etc. Scan and/or fax documents. Aiding with on-boarding and new-hire orientations. Compiles information and creates reports. Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and company information. Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor's and Manager's. Qualifications Must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in "NANA Regional Corporation, Inc." Must possess a valid Driver's License Must be able to successfully complete a background investigation, including FBI fingerprints, criminal history and pre-employment drug test Must currently be enrolled in college or a technical vocational program
