The Employee Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a positive and organized experience for employees, from travel and housing coordination to uniform management and onboarding support. This position oversees essential employee logistics, supervises Shuttle Drivers, and partners with the Human Resources team to support orientation and employee engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to creating a welcoming environment for all team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIESEmployee Travel & Housing CoordinationArrange and confirm employee travel to and from JuneauDistribute housing preference forms, assign housing units, and collect signed housing agreementsMaintain and regularly update the housing deduction boardUniform & Supplies ManagementMaintain the uniform room and ensure proper inventory levels during the seasonIn the off-season, conduct uniform inventory, manage ordering, and prepare uniforms for the upcoming yearShuttle Operations SupervisionSupervise Shuttle Drivers and manage their schedules to ensure timely and efficient transportation servicesHR Support & Employee EngagementAssist the HR team with employee onboarding, including orientation events and materialsSupport planning and coordination of employee engagement events throughout the season
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK
ENVIRONMENTAbility to lift and move uniform inventory (up to 25 lbs)Frequent walking, standing, bending, and organizing materialsOffice setting with occasional work in housing units or transport areasFlexible schedule may be required during peak onboarding and travel times
QUALIFICATIONS
