This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who is comfortable stepping into a fast-paced, small-office environment and handling a variety of responsibilities with minimal direction. This can be a full-time role or a more flexible (9am-3pm) schedule can be accommodated.

Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions Process and assist with payroll through ADP Manage employee information and HR records within ADP Assist with background checks and pre-employment processes Support employee benefits administration Help coordinate onboarding and other employee-related processes Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives Assist with special projects related to an organizational transition Troubleshoot routine HR and ADP-related issues Take on additional administrative responsibilities as needed to support the office

Qualifications:

Hands-on ADP experience is required Previous experience in human resources, payroll, or HR administration Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, background checks, and employee records Comfortable working independently in a small-office environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Adaptable, dependable, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work onsite

Monday-Friday Schedule & Work Environment:

This is a 100% onsite position in a casual, fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys variety, can readily shift between priorities, and is comfortable pitching in wherever needed.
