We're looking for a Human Resources Administrative Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our associates throughout every stage of their journey. In this role, you'll help recruit top talent, coordinate onboarding, support HR operations, plan employee events, and ensure our associates feel welcomed, supported, and engaged. What You'll Be Doing Attract & Hire Great Talent Conduct phone screens and interviews Coordinate pre-employment screenings and hiring activities Extend offers and support the recruiting process Track recruiting metrics and hiring trends Create an Outstanding Onboarding Experience Welcome new associates through orientation and onboarding Complete I-9 and E-Verify requirements Coordinate badges, uniforms, and benefit enrollments Support associate transitions throughout their employment lifecycle Keep HR Running Smoothly Maintain associate records and HR systems Support compliance, training, and documentation processes Assist with policy updates and HR reporting Provide Dayforce support and user assistance Enhance Associate Engagement Plan employee appreciation events and recognition programs Coordinate Driver Appreciation Week and community activities Create associate communications, announcements, and event materials Help foster a positive and engaging workplace culture ✅ What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities High level of professionalism and confidentiality HR, recruiting, administrative, or related experience preferred Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed Why You'll Love This Role No two days are the same.
