Hours:
8 AM- 4:30 PM Monday
- Friday; Will need to work 5 AM
- 1:30 PM at least one day a week to accommodate 3rd shift
Salary:
$70- $75K

- Qualifications, Education and Experience
- + Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development from a four-year college; or three plus years related experience and/or training in a large manufacturing organization; or equivalent combination of the two + SHRM/HRCI certifications a plus + Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Outlook email and calendar capabilities + Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information + Exceptional time management and organization skills + Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients + Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs, and develop solutions and/or options + Excellent interpersonal skills •Key Competencies•+ Customer Focus Results Driven + Leverages Business Acumen Technical Capacity + Communication Proficiency Business Acumen + Problem Solving/Analysis Strategic Thinking •Physical Demands/Work Environment•The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to type, hold, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- This role operates in a general office environment that requires some exposure to a manufacturing environment. Employee is rarely exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing area during extremely hot summer months.
