This role includes the need for good typing and research skills, professionalism to stay off unwanted websites while working, and a strong ability to multitask and change direction as needed. A few duties include, but are not limited to, Serving as the one person who manages and nurtures the department's leads database; Paying careful attention to detail, Pulling applicant background information and reviewing accordingly, Performing routine filing to keep the department in order, Prescreening candidates to determine the most qualified and promising candidates according to a minimum and preferred qualifications.
