Lead Driver Recruitment Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates Establish recruiting goals and consistently meet or exceed hiring targets Outreach & Candidate Engagement Implement creative outreach initiatives to identify and connect with top driver talent Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact, delivering an excellent candidate experience Hiring & Onboarding Support Host informational sessions and orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs) Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle—from first contact through onboarding and vehicle assignment Process Management & Reporting Track applicant activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system Provide regular recruiting updates, insights, and performance reports to leadership Retention & Team Collaboration Partner closely with the Retention Manager and internal teams to support seamless onboarding and long‑term driver success Build positive, professional relationships with drivers and office staff Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist with additional projects as needed What You Bring as a
