Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an HR Leave Administrator for a contract opportunity. This role will support the HR team by managing employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, and providing a high level of service to employees throughout the leave process. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling time-sensitive HR matters in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and process employee leave requests in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding leave-related questions and status updates Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all leave cases and supporting documentation Partner with HR and management to ensure proper communication and coverage during employee absences Monitor leave timelines and follow up on required documentation to ensure compliance Assist with reporting and tracking leave data as needed
