  • Position Profile
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day processes and a positive experience for employees, managers, applicants, and internal partners.

Coordinates schedules, documentation, communications, data entry, recordkeeping, and other administrative activities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-through. Serves as a reliable resource for routine inquiries, supports department workflows, and helps ensure administrative processes are organized, compliant, and completed efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Serves as a resource for new hires throughout the onboarding process. + Coordinates weekly HR orientations. + Greets department visitors and answers calls. + Provides quality administrative support. + Maintains and enhances professional skills. + Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • + Minimum two years progressive administrative support experience.

+ Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

+ Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.

+ Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.

+ Ability to manage time well, meet deadlines and perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy and follow-through.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-starter.

+ Ability to deal with personal and confidential information in a professional manner.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Previous Human Resource experience.
