Full Job Description Overview:
Are you detail-oriented, organized and passionate about human resources? As a Sr. Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide administrative support with data entry, employee inquiries, billing and departmental coordination. What you will be doing:
Coordinates and executes tracking and reporting of highly confidential data. Responsible for invoice coding, expense reporting, and departmental billing. Assists with scheduling and facilitation of HR meetings and trainings, included but not limited to: company-wide training for performance evaluations, leadership meetings for compensation planning, department level training, and compliance trainings. Assists with HR records retention/compliance, under direct supervision. Ensures departmental presentations are cohesive, streamlined, and edited for accuracy. Generates and submits departmental mailings; completes other administrative tasks/projects. As needed, provides backup support to Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development.
What we are looking for:
Associate's Degree or 2-year Diploma in a related field preferred. 3+ year administrative experience required. Advanced knowledge and skills of Microsoft Excel are required. Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Word Administrative, confidential filing and customer service skills preferred. Strong time-management skills required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills required. Able to maintain confidentiality over employment records, inquiries, medical information, and other employment related items required. Excellent judgment, bias for action, commitment to excellence, customer focused, ability to work in a team environment and results oriented.

Salary Min:
USD $24.00/Hr.
