As our HR Assistant , you'll support the employee experience from day one by coordinating onboarding, maintaining employee records, and helping keep our HR and office operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure all employment documentation is completed accurately. Facilitate onboarding activities, including Form I-9 verification, orientation, and employee paperwork. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Support employee engagement activities, meetings, training sessions, and company events. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, incoming calls, and general office support. Maintain organized office systems, records, files, permits, and compliance documentation. Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination. Assist with subcontractor onboarding and required documentation. Coordinate branch facility maintenance to ensure a safe and professional workplace. Provide administrative support that keeps branch operations organized, compliant, and running smoothly.
