Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in our HR functions. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting strategic initiatives. Duties Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting campaigns, screening candidates, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or Taleo to attract top talent. Facilitate employee orientation sessions to onboard new hires effectively, ensuring they understand company policies, benefits, and organizational culture. Administer employee evaluation processes by collecting performance data, supporting performance reviews, and assisting managers with performance management strategies. Manage benefits administration tasks including open enrollment, benefits inquiries, and compliance with regulations like FMLA and workers' compensation policies. Support workforce management through HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting for HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Assist with organizational design initiatives, change management projects, and succession planning to promote growth and adaptability within teams. Handle confidential information with integrity while communicating effectively across departments to resolve employee relations issues and conflict management concerns. Experience Proven experience in human resources department functions with a focus on HR sourcing, personnel administration, and employment law compliance. Demonstrated ability to utilize HR systems such as UltiPro or Oracle HCM for data analysis, payroll processing, and HR reporting. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and HR legal compliance standards to ensure organizational adherence. Experience in project management related to talent management initiatives like training & development programs or affirmative action planning. Excellent communication skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel for data analysis—and familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Lever or SAP SuccessFactors. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working within an HR department that emphasizes employee relations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
