Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Freelance LOA Administrator professional to provide temporary support to a busy leave administration team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing sensitive documentation and high-volume administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position will focus on supporting leave-related processes by collecting and organizing medical documentation, performing accurate data entry, maintaining employee records, transferring information from an existing leave tracker into a new system, auditing active leave cases for timely follow-up and compliance, and assisting with additional administrative duties as needed.

Schedule & Location:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Fully onsite in Santa Fe Springs Pay rate: $30/hr.

Key Qualifications:
