Job Summary:
We are supporting a great opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant within a fast-paced HR team. This role plays an important part in recruitment support, onboarding, employee records, and day-to-day HR administration, helping keep processes organized and employees supported.
Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities by posting openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and supporting completion of onboarding forms. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment. Provide general HR administrative support, including filing, data entry, report preparation, and responding to employee questions related to HR policies and benefits.
Required:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and managers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
