Job Summary A growing organization in the Carpinteria area is seeking a Bilingual HR Admin to support daily Human Resources operations in a full-time, onsite direct hire role. The Bilingual HR Administrator will support onboarding, HRIS updates, employee records, recruiting coordination, workers' compensation reporting, and HR compliance documentation. - Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS data in a timely manner.
- Support recruitment and hiring activities, including administrative coordination and candidate communication.
- Assist with workers' compensation reporting, safety orientations, and compliance documentation.
- Perform detailed data entry, reporting, and tracking using Excel.
- Provide general HR administrative support and assist multiple company locations as needed. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $24 to $28 per hour, depending on experience .

- Bilingual English and Spanish required.
- Previous HR administrative experience required.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant HR, onboarding, employee records, HRIS, or HR operations experience
- Strong Excel skills and accurate data entry ability.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative approach to supporting employees and internal teams. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting HR operations across multiple locations.
- Experience in production, field operations, or similar fast-paced workforce environments.
- Familiarity with workers' compensation documentation, safety orientation tracking, or compliance-related HR processes.
