In this vital role, you will support a wide range of human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive workplace environment. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will help drive talent management initiatives, streamline HR processes, and enhance employee engagement. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your HR expertise while contributing to the success of our organization. Responsibilities Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews Facilitate employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated effectively into the organization Support employee evaluation processes by gathering performance data, preparing documentation, and assisting with performance management initiatives Aid in benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits Maintain accurate personnel records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as ADP and iSolved while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information Contribute to compliance efforts by assisting with regulatory requirements such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and employment law adherence Support HR projects related to workforce management, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and organizational design initiatives Requirements Bilingual Chinese Mandarin is required Proven experience in an HR department or similar role with familiarity in human resources management practices and employment law compliance Strong knowledge of HR sourcing, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management strategies Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes Experience with HR systems such as ADP is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively through project management skills and strategic planning abilities Familiarity with HR legal compliance standards including employment & labor law and affirmative action planning
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
