The HR Administrator supports the Human Resources function with a strong focus on high-volume, blue-collar recruiting and timekeeping compliance. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate workforce data, maintaining compliance with wage and hour regulations, and supporting the hiring and onboarding of hourly employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong attention to detail, organization, and knowledge of employment practices affecting hourly workforces.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for hourly, production, and temporary workforce positions Partner with staff recruiter to fulfill high-volume hiring needs Support hiring managers in selection decisions Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding for hourly employees Maintain applicant tracking records and ensure compliance with hiring practices Support workforce planning needs to meet production and operational demandsTimekeeping:
Monitor, review, and audit employees timekeeping records for accuracy and compliance Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local wage and hour laws (including overtime, meal/rest breaks, and shift differentials) Partner with Compensation and Benefits Specialist to resolve discrepancies, missed punches , and pay related issues Investigate and correct timekeeping errors in a timely manner Maintain documentation related to payroll audits and compliance review HR Administration & Compliance Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Assist with onboarding paperwork, I-9 compliance, and employment verifications Support administration of HR policies and ensure consistent application across hourly workforce Track attendance, leaves of absence, and related documentation Support workers' compensation and injury reporting processes Assist with audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies Employee Support Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding timekeeping and attendance related inquiries Title- HR Administrator West Number

QUALIFICATIONS

Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2-5 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on: o High-volume recruiting (manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment) o Timekeeping administration and wage/hour compliance Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS andABILITIES
Working knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws (e.g., FLSA, meal/rest break compliance) Experience with timekeeping systems (e.g., ADP, or similar) Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentialityPay:
$25.00- $30.
