Job Description

Job Summary LESSO America Inc. is a rapidly expanding leader in the manufacturing and distribution of PVC plastic fittings. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Specialist to support our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding processes, assisting with benefits and payroll, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The ideal candidate will serve as a key resource for employee inquiries and contribute to a smooth and efficient HR operation.
Key Responsibilities Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update personnel files in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, organization, and confidentiality at all times.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Facilitate new hire onboarding, prepare necessary documentation, and manage employee separation processes.
Benefits & Payroll Assistance:
Support benefits enrollment, track employee leave, and assist in verifying payroll-related data.
Compliance & Policy Support:
Help ensure adherence to federal and state labor laws, assist with audits, and keep internal policies up to date.
Employee Relations Support:
Act as a primary contact for HR-related questions, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
Recruitment Coordination:
Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Prior experience in HR administration, coordination, or a related role preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
Core Competencies:
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information, and solid organizational abilities.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices at both state and federal levels. Spanish Speaking is a plus Compensation $25-$30 per hour
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
