- $23 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Spanish Confidential information handling Spreadsheets Filing English Recruiting Organizational skills Productivity software Full Job Description We are seeking a Part Time dependable, organized, and professional Bilingual, English/Spanish, Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Costa Mesa.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Prepare and maintain employee records and personnel files
- Communicate company policies and workplace expectations
- Assist with attendance, scheduling, timekeeping, and employee documentation
- Respond professionally to employee questions and concerns
- Help address workplace issues and document corrective actions
- Support management with performance reviews and employee relations
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information
- Help ensure compliance with California employment requirements
- Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Must speak and understand Spanish
- Previous human resources or employee-relations experience required
- Familiarity with California employment practices is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Professional, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential matters
- Able to work independently and follow through on assignments
- Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets
Schedule:
- Part-time
- Monday through Friday
- In-office position in Costa Mesa, California
- Exact daily hours will be discussed during the interview
