Fontana, CA Position Type:
Direct Hire, Full-Time Pay Rate:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)
Status:
Non-Exempt Position Overview Blackrock Logistics is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support daily Human Resources operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role will assist with employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, compliance, and workforce support while helping foster a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, technology-savvy, and eager to grow their HR career within a dynamic organization. [

HR Admin | Outlook] Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR and People & Culture functions. Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel records management. Serve as a resource for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Assist with employee engagement and culture initiatives. Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes as needed. Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with company policies. Utilize Microsoft Office and HR-related systems to manage employee information and reporting. Collaborate with leaders and employees to promote a positive workplace culture. Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Previous Human Resources experience. Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, professional, and customer-service-oriented attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish. ONT-1
