Success in this position will require meticulous organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to adapt to any situation that arises. All potential candidates must be highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Daily tasks include (and certainly are not limited to): Answer phone calls and forward calls to appropriate office personnel. Organize, scan, and file documents. Handle sensitive documentation with a high level of discretion. Assist with the processing of payroll and tracking the attendance of employees. Create job ads, place job ads on appropriate hiring platforms, schedule interviews, and assist with conducting in- person as well as virtual interviews. Assist with onboarding procedures. Manage the onboarding, offboarding, and invoices of overseas employees and contractors through the employment platform, Multiplier. Work within our CRM-ERP system NetSuite.

• Other tasks could involve other administrative-type tasks, as we are a small firm, and employees are expected to wear multiple "hats."

Qualifications:

Able to commute to our Fountain Valley and Santa Ana locations. At least 2 year's experience in a professional office environment preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred. Must be a transparent and trustworthy individual.
