This position is responsible for payroll administration, timekeeping, employee records, hiring coordination, onboarding, database management, and administrative support. The position requires hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and strong experience maintaining accurate employee, candidate, payroll, and administrative databases. Key Responsibilities Process payroll according to established payroll schedules. Review timecards, regular hours, overtime, missed punches, and payroll corrections. Resolve payroll and timekeeping discrepancies. Process new hires, terminations, pay changes, deductions, and employee updates. Maintain accurate payroll, timekeeping, and employee records. Track attendance, call-outs, and employee status changes. Coordinate with management regarding current and upcoming hiring requirements. Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate information, applications, interview activity, status changes, and hiring records. Review applications and identify candidates based on position requirements. Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews. Maintain candidate communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process. Coordinate pre-employment requirements, offers, new-hire documentation, onboarding, and orientation. Maintain accurate records of open positions, candidates, interviews, offers, and start dates. Maintain and update employee and candidate databases. Perform regular database reviews to ensure records are complete, current, and accurate. Prepare reports and track information using Excel, ATS, payroll, and other internal systems. Maintain confidentiality of payroll, employee, candidate, and company information. Required Qualifications 2-5 years of payroll administration or related administrative experience. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required. Strong database management experience is required. Experience maintaining and auditing high-volume employee and candidate records. Experience with payroll processing, timekeeping, overtime, attendance, and payroll corrections. Experience coordinating candidate screenings, interviews, hiring documentation, and onboarding. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including maintaining and managing large data sets. Experience working with payroll, timekeeping, ATS, and employee information systems. Ability to maintain data accuracy across multiple systems. Experience handling confidential employee, payroll, and candidate information. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting an hourly manufacturing workforce. Knowledge of California payroll and wage-and-hour requirements. Experience generating reports and tracking hiring and employee data. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Time is 10:00am to 5:00pm
