TEMP POSTION
6 - 10 MONTHS Job Summary The HR Administrator provides administrative and organizational support to the Human Resources department, with a focus on recruiting support for manufacturing positions, data entry, filing, training documentation, and general HR paperwork. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a solid understanding of recruiting and administrative processes within a manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support recruiting efforts for manufacturing positions, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers. Assist with sourcing candidates for manufacturing roles and maintaining organized candidate tracking records. Perform accurate and timely data entry into training matrix (excel), and other HR tracking tools. Maintain and organize employee personnel files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality. Complete, process, and file new hire paperwork, onboarding documents, and other HR-related forms. Support tracking and documentation of employee training records, ensuring training completion is accurately logged and up to date. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, scanning, and maintaining organized recordkeeping systems. Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager and HR Assistant Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Prior experience in an HR administrative or recruiting support role required; experience within a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while performing data entry and administrative tasks. Occasional walking through production/manufacturing areas as needed. Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and standard office equipment. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20-30 lbs (e.g., file boxes, office supplies, training materials). Work Environment This role primarily works in an office setting, with occasional exposure to the production floor when supporting recruiting, training documentation, or compliance-related tasks.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
