HR ADMINISTRATIVE PAYROLL ASSOCIATE
Job Description We are looking for a motivated HR Administrative Assistant to support our HR team. The role includes managing payroll, tracking employee hours and leaves, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR-related activities such as policy implementation. This position is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in HR administration. Key Responsibilities Process payroll and ensure accurate employee hours and leave records Maintain and update employee records in the HR system Support HR policies and procedures Assist with HR administrative tasks as needed Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus Basic knowledge of payroll processing and time/attendance tracking systems Ability to accurately handle employee hours, leaves, and payroll-related data Proficiency with computers and MS Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information We Offer 20 days of paid holidays per year 401(k) plan Dynamic, young, and international work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Ongoing training and support Collaborative team culture Strong meritocratic environment Pay range: $24-$30 gross per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
