Job Description

General Responsibilities:
The principal responsibility of the Human Resources Employee Service Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Corp. Human Resources Department. They are the "point of contact" on administrative matters and must provide good customer service. Answers phone, responds to inquiries verbally and in writing to employees, vendors, and customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Process ADP transactions with timeliness of data input. Ensure all supporting documents are properly filed in the employee's file. Ensure accuracy of ADP data through ongoing audits. Provide assistance to management personnel and client personnel in the use of ADP. Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management. Administrate HRES Mailbox and Ticketing System Other duties as assigned. In addition to the above, HR Administrator must be flexible to assist with other assignments as necessary. This may include verifications of employment, unemployment claims, E-Verify, etc. #IND Basic Qualifications High School graduate with good reading and writing skills; excellent interpersonal and communicative skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have worked previously in Human Resources, and understands the basic functions and that all information is Confidential.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
2+ years' experience in Human Resources in an administrative capacity. Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel. 1+ year of HRIS experience, preferably in ADP Vantage. Agile, ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
