Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator supports day-to-day HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, employee records management, and administrative processes. This role ensures efficient HR service delivery while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Coordination Coordinate recruitment activities for all open positions. Create, post, and maintain job advertisements on approved recruitment platforms. Review applications and coordinate applicant tracking processes. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate candidate communications, interview logistics, and hiring documentation. Prepare offer letters and associated employment documentation. Conduct and document reference checks and background checks in accordance with organizational policies. Maintain the metrics information for hiring activity Onboarding and Offboarding Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees. Provide pre-employment communications and first-day information. Facilitate employee orientation sessions and onboarding activities. Ensure completion of required employment forms, acknowledgements, and training assignments. Maintain onboarding records and documentation. Coordinating the offboarding process including offboarding paperwork and coordinating final check with payroll HRIS and Employee Records Administration Maintain employee information within Paylocity and other HR systems. Create and update onboarding workflows, electronic forms, and employee records. Conduct routine audits of personnel files and required employment documentation. Ensure employee records are maintained in accordance with organizational policies and record retention requirements. Generate routine reports and support HR data accuracy initiatives. Employee Transactions Prepare and process Change of Status forms for promotions, transfers, compensation changes, departmental moves, and employment status changes. Coordinate approvals and documentation for employee transactions. Maintain accurate records reflecting approved personnel changes. Assist with employee documentation and HR process administration. Assist with DMV pull notifications and tracking for employees Leave Coordination Support Provide administrative support for benefits and leave processes as requested. Assist with distribution and collection of required leave documentation. Refer employee benefits and leave-related questions to the Payroll Accountant & HR Assistant or Director of HR as appropriate. Assist with tracking of leaves Compliance & Administrative Support Track completion of required employment documentation and training records. Support HR compliance audits and reporting activities. Maintain confidentiality of employee, applicant, and organizational information. Assist with HR communications, internal events, and special projects. Assist with completing Workers Comp incident reports and maintaining the incident log Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Two or more years of experience in human resources administration, recruiting coordination, onboarding, or related work. Experience using HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity. Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, or employee records administration preferred.

Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary Range:
$75,000 - $85,000. Full-Time, Monday to Friday. This position is full-time, 37.5 hours/week. The salary is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications and experience.
