Silicon Valley Therapy is a private-pay group counseling practice in Los Gatos. We are hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to be the first voice our clients hear when they reach out for therapy. Here is the job. Someone calls, texts, or emails. You listen, find out what is going on, run a 20-minute consultation, and help them book a first session with the right therapist. Between calls, you help maintain the office environment, work the intake follow-up list, and keep records up to date. Afternoons, in person, Monday through Friday, 2:00 to 6:00 pm. What we are looking for Warmth and compassion when interacting with someone who may be in a state of distress. Comfort asking for the commitment. You can say a fee out loud without apologizing for it, and ask someone whether they would like to get on the calendar. Follow-through. Nothing gets dropped. You have an actual system that we supply. Self-direction. You will be on your own in the office for much of the shift, and you fill a slow hour with follow-up. Willingness to be coached. We have a consultation framework, and we will rehearse it with you. Available in person for the full shift, every posted day, with a reasonable commute to Los Gatos. What we offer $24 to $26 per hour, stated up front, depending on experience. Set afternoon hours, Monday through Friday, at a small practice in Los Gatos A real growth path. Part-time now, with a clear ladder to more hours, if desired, as the practice grows. Private pay only. No insurance billing, no authorizations, no claims. Training and consistent support provided. We teach the consultation, and you will practice it before you ever run one on your own. Work that matters. You are the first person someone talks to when they decide to get help.
