The HR Coordinator will provide essential administrative and data entry support to the Human Resources department, with a strong focus on accuracy, and timely execution of employee-related processes. This position requires a detail-oriented HR professional with experience in timekeeping systems, HR documentation, and employee record management. The HR Coordinator will work closely with other HR sites, payroll, and other HR team members to ensure seamless experience for employees. This role will be based at our mine in Mountain Pass, CA. Position Responsibilities Monitor timecards in the timekeeping system (e.g., input accurate coding and adjustments). Process and file employee documents, including I-9s, internal onboarding forms, and benefits documents. Be a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and refer/escalate to HR leaders as necessary. Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives. Support recruitment efforts (e.g., scheduling on-site interviews). Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in HRIS (both digital and physical where required). Other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in timekeeping systems (e.g., ADP). Experience in Microsoft Suites such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Desired Qualities:
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
