$30.14-$39.18 per hour About the Opportunity We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department in a busy healthcare environment. This position supports a variety of HR functions, including employee onboarding and orientation, recordkeeping, data entry, employment verification, document management, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working with employees, managers, and the public. Key Responsibilities Facilitate new employee Welcome Orientation on a biweekly basis Greet and welcome employees, staff, and visitors Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person Maintain electronic personnel files and convert documents to PDF as needed Participate in internal HR and compliance-related audits Help ensure personnel records are maintained in accordance with applicable requirements Monitor mandatory training completion for new and existing employees Perform HR-related data entry and submit information electronically as needed Complete employment verification requests Create employee identification badges Track and distribute keys for administrative and health center locations Schedule conference rooms as requested Open, scan, and distribute mail Order business cards and other office materials Prepare and assist with documents, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other written materials Support employee recognition activities and related distributions Assist the Chief of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources with special projects Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Six months of Human Resources experience preferred Experience handling a high volume of phone calls Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database software Comfortable using standard office equipment Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines Ability to remain calm and professional when handling stressful or emotional situations Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow professional and ethical standards Ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and the public Ability to type at least 45 words per minute Ability to maintain a positive and professional image when interacting with employees and the public Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health benefits at reduced employee costs Company-paid life insurance Company-paid long-term disability insurance Retirement plan with company match and no vesting schedule requirement Paid time off Paid sick leave 11 paid holidays per year Paid bereavement and jury duty leave Flexible Spending Program Professional development opportunities Work Environment This is primarily an office-based position in a healthcare/medical clinic environment.
