REQUIRES
a minimum of 2 years Human Resource experience. Applicants that do not meet this requirement will not be considered. The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for a variety of Human Resources, general office, and clerical tasks to help ensure all daily operations run smoothly and performs varied administrative functions in support of upper management in a fast-paced environment. All duties must be performed in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures, following all state and federal regulations. Overview of Duties and Responsibilities Assist with benefit administration and open enrollment Assist human resources with daily administrative tasks, including onboarding and maintaining employee files Provide administrative support to upper management Coordinate and schedule meetings Assist in development of business documents and PowerPoint presentations Assist with administration of employee Safety and Compliance trainings Data entry, filing, drafting correspondence, and other administrative tasks Represent the company professionally with an emphasis on attention to detail Develop and maintain filing systems Answer door and greet visitors and staff Maintain a professional appearance May be tasked with other duties not listed within the scope of the position Minimum Qualifications 2 years of Human Resources assistant experience Intermediate MS Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of MS Office Suite applications Proficient in English grammar and professional writing Keyboard Typing speed of at least 50WPM Phone and email etiquette Excellent time management and task prioritization skills Solid work ethic with a high level of integrity Strong attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstration of ability to communicate clearly and effectively A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude Bilingual/biliterate is a plus Must be able to report to our office in Salinas, CA Education and Certification Requirements Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent HR Certification Certificate and/or relevant HR work experience Physical Functions and Working Environment Frequent extended sitting Climbing stairs, standing, and walking Occasional bending, twisting, and kneeling Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds Frequent keyboarding, reaching, and grasping Other Must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide documentation showing authorization to work in the U.S. Employment is conditioned on successful completion of background check If prior military, must provide DD214 discharge document with discharge status upon job offer Benefits Hiring bonus (see below for details) Competitive pay Paid holidays Paid accrued sick leave Medical, dental and vision benefits 401K Paid vacation Opportunities for Professional Development and Skills Training About CSA, Inc.: CSA, Inc. recognizes that the best employees are a direct reflection of the leadership supporting and guiding them.
