About the role About David AI David AI is the first audio data research company. We bring an R D approach to data-developing datasets with the same rigor AI labs bring to models. Our mission is to bring AI into the real world, and we believe audio is the gateway. Speech is versatile, accessible, and human—it fits naturally into everyday life. As audio AI advances and new use cases emerge, high-quality training data is the bottleneck. This is where David AI comes in. About the Role This role will sit at the center of our recruiting effort, owning the coordination that keeps everything moving. You'll collaborate with recruiters and hiring stakeholders, while gaining exposure to the full hiring lifecycle at a fast-growing AI company. This role is a great starting point for someone looking to build a career in Recruiting and will report to our Recruiting Operations Manager. What You'll Do Own interview scheduling end-to-end across multiple roles with attention to detail and speed Flex your project management muscle by owning scheduling timelines and SLAs — tracking progress, surfacing risks early, and keeping recruiters and hiring managers informed Champion a white-glove candidate experience from start to finish — from clear, warm communications to greeting onsite candidates Become a systems expert: maintain Ashby (our Applicant Tracking System) as the single source of truth, including stage updates, candidate notes, and pipeline hygiene Build relationships and work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep every search on track Help uplevel the processes and systems that power this function — looking for smarter, faster ways to work, including where AI tools can lighten the load Have opportunities to work on recruiting operations projects, sourcing efforts, and more What We're Looking For 1+ year of full-time professional work experience An interest in building a career in recruiting, sourcing, or talent-adjacent roles Genuine care for the candidate experience and for building relationships Strong written communication — your emails are clear, warm, and you follow up when needed High energy but professional — you can read the room, whether it's a nervous candidate, a rushed hiring manager, or a founder coming up to you with a question Exceptional organizational instincts — you notice what others miss and fix it without being asked Strong command of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) for scheduling and communication Comfortable operating in ambiguity and in a fast-paced office environment Able to thrive working in office 5 days a week Benefits Unlimited PTO.
