Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace environment, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support strategic HR functions that align with organizational goals. Duties Oversee Recruitment and Onboarding — Lead and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and new hires from initial selection through successful integration into the organization. Employee Relations and Support — Foster positive employee relationships by providing guidance, addressing workplace concerns, facilitating effective communication, and supporting a collaborative, respectful, and productive work environment. Compliance Management and Oversight — Ensure organizational policies, procedures, and practices remain compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Monitor compliance requirements, maintain accurate documentation, and support ongoing audits and risk-management initiatives. Special Projects and Events — Plan, coordinate, and execute special projects and organizational events, ensuring effective collaboration, timely completion, and alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising or managing human resources teams with a focus on employee relations management and program coordination. Strong communication skills to effectively handle employee misconduct investigations, and conflict resolution. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, Workers' Compensation procedures, and regulatory compliance management is essential. Ability to think strategically with strong organizational design skills and experience in change management initiatives. Management experience with a focus on team leadership, strategic planning, and process improvement is preferred.
