- $29 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Profit sharing Qualifications Word processing Spreadsheets ATS Windows Productivity software Resume management software Full Job Description Hunter Industries is seeking a temporary Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the Human Resources function, including accurate and timely maintenance of employment data in the Human Resources Information System, and Talent Acquisition processes.

Essential Functions:
Maintains employee data in the HRIS, creates and maintains personnel files, processes employee personal information and new hires. Administers pre-employment and new hire processes, including employment offers, reference and employment verifications, background checks, drug screenings, and I-9/E-Verify compliance, while partnering with team members to support a successful onboarding experience. Serves as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, including monitoring and responding to messages received in the general HR Service Center (HRSC) and Talent Acquisition inboxes, and HRSC telephone line. Develops and compiles data to produce reports for customers within Human Resources, throughout the company, and for government agencies on a weekly, monthly, or as-needed basis. Responds to requests for employment verifications and provides copies of personnel records requested by subpoena or written employee request. Schedules interviews for hiring managers, candidates, and Talent Acquisition Specialists in an expedient and professional manner. Provides candidates with directions and employment branding collateral; greets candidates upon arrival and escorts them to the appropriate meeting location. Supports the contingent workforce labor, acting as a liaison between contingent staffing vendors and internal departments by providing administrative support and guidance. Facilitates onboarding and offboarding processes for contingent workers and ensures all necessary documentation and data tracking is completed. Books travel accommodations for candidates and the Talent Acquisition team, as needed. Orders department office supplies, maintains supplies for related activities, and submits facilities requests as needed. Processes HR-related invoices for the department.Education/Training Required and Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in related field of study or a combination of education and relevant work experience.Experience Required and Preferred:
Minimum 1 year of experience with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition systems/processes preferred.What You Bring:
Comprehensive knowledge of systems and processes required to support the Human Resources function, including proficiency in Windows, word processing, spreadsheet applications, databases, HRIS, and ATS. UltiPro experience a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively and courteously with applicants, candidates, employees, and management regarding confidential matters. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow projects through to completion. Ability to work autonomously, self-initiate activities, prioritize, anticipate department needs, and work within timelines while adapting to changing organizational needs.What We Offer:
